A recent Seacoastonline.com article highlighted the Aria at Portwalk Place luxury apartments, including the resident lounge designed by Morr Interiors.

“Award-winning local designer, Stephanie Morrison of Morr Interiors created the resident lounge that includes high ceilings, a large screen television, fireplace and Wi-Fi connected work areas. The resident lounge walls feature art from local artist Brigitte Keller. The sun deck features roof top gardens, seating areas and fire pit.”

“Prior to the opening, future residents leased more than 50 percent of the apartments, and most have already moved in.”
